Bear the Important Task of National 863 Program

      Cooperated with Chemical Engineering Institute of Zhejiang University, Heilongjiang Huaan Machine Co., Ltd and Shenyang Gas Cylinder Safety Technology Co., Ltd, Beijing LN Power Sources Co. Ltd, which took the lead, bore the task of “Key Technology and Research Development of On Board High Voltage Hydrogen Supply System” in the important project of modern transportation technology field in the “Eleventh Five-Year” National High-tech Research and Development Program (863 program).

      This task will solve the problem that on board high voltage hydrogen supply system doesn’t have standard criterion. We will also develop multifunctional high voltage hydrogen storage cylinders safety performance experiment platform and temperature/pressure sensors and solenoid regulator union valve through researching into key technologies of on board high voltage hydrogen supply system. Besides, on board solenoid valve, ball valve, piping joint ways and hydrogen filling port connected to international standard as well as data collecting integrated system which are all suitable for hydrogen use will also be developed. Researching this task will be of great significance to our country. It will boost hydrogen fuel cell bus research and demonstration operation and make our on board high voltage hydrogen supply system research in our country achieve international advanced level.
